The Challenge

Solutions Driven faced recurring problems with their IT infrastructure that consistently disrupted workflow. Network instability and hardware faults caused frequent downtime, leading to lost productivity and reduced client satisfaction. 

These interruptions made it difficult for staff to carry out their tasks efficiently, particularly given the company’s high-paced environment and international client base. The existing IT support failed to proactively address root causes, leaving teams frustrated and dependent on reactive fixes.

The Solution

Certum conducted a deep-dive audit of all systems and quickly identified the main sources of instability. We restructured their domain environment, replaced low-grade networking hardware, and organised a third-party contractor to address faulty cabling throughout the premises. 

To ensure optimal end-user performance, we also evaluated and upgraded workstations that didn’t meet the demands of their recruitment platforms. Enhanced endpoint protection and centralised security policies were implemented to secure client data and maintain operational compliance.

The Results

Following the implementation, the business experienced a dramatic improvement in stability and user confidence. System crashes and downtime were eliminated, allowing teams to maintain focus on delivering recruitment projects without interruption. 

Internal operations became more efficient, and client-facing service levels improved. Solutions Driven regained trust in their technology environment and have continued expanding their capabilities using the new, scalable and secure infrastructure put in place by Certum.
